This is not the first book, it's the 6th book of the series. The first book is Patient Zero.

I just bought "Code Zero" after reading "Patient Zero" since it's advertised as the "sequel"..... Whoever is responsible for adding that tag to the cover needs to have their head examined. CZ is certainly NOT a sequel to PZ in any way, shape or form since the events within take place months, if not YEARS after Ledger joins the DMS. MUCH has happened in between the two books. Piece of advice for the author, editor and publishers.... get rid of the false advertising and add something helpful... like "Book #6 of the Joe Ledger series" instead.

I think you are wrong Tobin Elliott, Ledger joins DMS in Patient Zero, so Dragon Factory can't come before it. There is also another more spoilery reason we will keep to ourselves
