Irene Kiew It comes from canine biology. When dogs mate, the base of their penis swells up to 'lock' the penis inside the female for awhile, so they cannot separate from the female immediately after ejaculation. I actually googled 'dog knot' because I had trouble imagining it... I don't recommend doing that lol
