FineWine asked Lisa Oliver:

Hi Lisa. ?Many authors use the term 'to shake ones head' incorrectly. They use it for the affirmative AND THE negative. To 'shake ones head' (side to side) is to indicate the negative and to 'nod ones head' (up & down) is the affirmative. Unfortunately there have been a few times in your books where this has happened. Cheers

Lisa Oliver Hi Chas, thank you for letting me know - the weird thing is, when I am writing, my head is in the scene that I am writing about, and I often nod, or shake my head, just as I imagine my characters doing, as I am writing. So I am guessing the reason it is in my books (and my editors haven't picked it up either) is because it's something I do wrong myself - and I am not sure what that says about me lol. But a teaching moment for my editors definitely and I will let them know. Have a wonderful weekend :)
