Just finished the trilogy. WOW! I got my local library in Santa Fe to order the prequel and can't wait to absorb myself even more in this amazing world. I'm from Marin had a good chuckle at the references to the Bay Area. Question - this is a such a complex story, what is your secret to keeping all of the many storylines in order and bringing them into such a satisfying conclusion?

Erika Johansen Boy do I wish I had a secret. The truth is, I'm constantly plotting by the seat of my pants, and rarely have any plan or even idea what I'm doing until at least halfway in. It shows in my pacing, and I wish I was better at it. Still, I'm so glad some fans like yourself can clearly overlook it. I grew up in Marin too!
