To be honest I don't know much about their father. Neither sister thinks about him much, and that tells me he was...fine. A strong poisoner, to be sure, but otherwise perhaps not much to note. Maybe he was even kind, for an Arron, and I suspect that the brothers have more extensive memories of him.
As for their mother, she was proud, and rigid, a lot like Natalia herself. She took pride in her brood of strong poisoner children, particularly the two girls, one who she raised in her image (Natalia) and the other who was so lovely and charming that she couldn't help but be indulgent. I think of Natalia and Genevieve's mother as...well, kind of as a really big snake.
