Your books, and I have read none than the introductions, but Inspector Darko inspired me long ago, to ask why not or if it could be made into films. As at now the films makers in Ghana seems to have no idea which way again. This I attribute to the "death of Jesus and Satan fights" metality. Simply put, I always wish to intoduce your books for Ghanaian/Nigerian filmmaking. I hope you will like the idea???

Kwei Quartey Hello Paschal: the Inspector Darko and Emma Djan series have both been optioned for film. What has held things up is the pandemic making it very difficult to proceed. I wish I could tell you when, but things being what they are at the moment, it’s impossible to say.
