I am still an aspiring writer myself but my advice to others would be 'write, write, write'. Don't get too sidetracked reading a million blogs on how to write. Set yourself a clear writing goal - I.e. to write a novel, or a short story, or a poem or whatever it is you would like to do. And then try not to get side-tracked.
Your first attempt will not be perfect, but by the end of it you will be a better writer than you would have been if you had just read loads of stuff on how to write.
