Mr. Gibbs, How do you make sure the plot twists in your books are surprising enough? How do you know the reader won't see them coming?

I spend a lot of time working out twists ahead of time before i even starting writing the books. Although it's hard to know if anyone will see them coming. Every reader is different. You can't fool everyone all the time.
