I read your series when it was first online. I saw that this looked much longer than what I think you had before. Have you expanded the stories? I'd be very excited if you have!

Hi Xena,
So good to hear from you! Yes, I have expanded the series.
I've taken out a lot and added a lot, as well. Book 1 was difficult to re-write with the flashbacks. As you know, it's not a typical romance novel as the relationships were already established when the series began. Plus, the characters are flawed, and their unique situation leaves many areas of interpersonal and internal conflicts to iron out. This is particularly true with Danny's young age, his delicate backstory, and the unorthodox way he entered into the relationship.
I also decided to omit several chapters so it would flow better. I hope to re-incorportate some of it later in the series.
For now, I am focusing on developing the characters more, and moving the storyline along to address areas left unresolved. You can be rest assured, all cliffhangers will eventually come to a resolution–I don't like leaving my characters or readers dangling in uncertainty.
Okay, it's early Sunday morning, I have a pot of coffee, and a tendency to ramble when I've had too much caffeine, so I think this is my clue to stop here.
Thanks for expressing an interest in the series :).
All the best,
Blish

Will there be another book for the Five in the Bed series? I love these characters so much and would love to see how TJ is doing in Hollywood, how the new gym turns out, and whether Mitch's dad and Antoinio's mother hook up. Also are we still getting Jason's Chance? I love to see where they go and if they can overcome their situation.
