How did Poppy and Weatons story come to you?

Leora Gonzales I am a total pantser when I write, so their story came to me literally line by line. Once I'd come up with the Bridal Pact and the backstory of the Phaetons, I began to flesh out how I'd match/bring different characters from these two worlds together in a way that readers could relate to them in a love story. From there, these crazy characters materialized faster than I could write them and their story followed as if I were watching a movie.
