asked:
If Joyce, Elizabeth, and company, are so clever, why did they not demand verification of the dead bodies via fingerprint/DNA? At no time did any of the characters ask why this had not been undertaken. Of course, this would have shortened the book somewhat. Nevertheless, the author should not have tried to lead his story via this HUGE hole.
