Hi, I have been reading your books since elementary school, and I am now a Freshman in highschool. Recently, for my school we have created a facebook page; however, it is getting filled with trolls. I was wondering if you ever had a lot of trolls trolling on your website or on another one?

I have had plenty of trolls -- including on this very website, Goodreads. Unfortunately, it is very hard to block them on most platforms. Goodreads was completely unresponsive to my requests for help and I would assume that Facebook isn't much better. For the most part, the best thing to do is have things set up so that you can erase trolls' comments (don't respond to them, just erase them) and then try to police your site as much as possible. And then maybe you can get Facebook to help you (but I wouldn't count on it).
