I struggle with MDD and although it doesn't make an exception, I can say I can handle more of a heavy topic since I myself have been through SH and other types of self-trauma. Needless to say, this book did trigger things in me and I had to put it down at points for it was extremely heavy, but it's not worth sacrificing your mental health over. Ultimately you are probably gonna ignore these comments and read it anyway, but if there's a chance you haven't, let it remain that way.(less)
