Are there any bonus chapters I'm missing? I have read Azriel's chapter with Elain/Gwyn, and I've read Feyra's chapter with Rhysand, but is there anything else I'm missing? Also, how do people even know about these and why are they in some books but not in others?!

cc I didn't know about them, but I'd venture to guess that they're bonus content linked with only certain special editions/sellers.
