Help! When Adam is in the room with Lily she rushes past him to the man in gray who is Matthew- but Adam is Matthew. So how can there be three people in Lily's room all talking? What am I missing here?

I enjoyed learning about the Caledonia Colony but sadly didn't enjoy this book at all. I've loved her other books but this one just didn't make sense to me and was so slow to start. (less)
