Joseph Delaney John Gregory tried to avoid killing unless it was necessary and Tom has followed his master in that respect. Of course, there can be consequences. They regret what happened and probably do feel guilty but I did not put that into the books. But if necessary spooks do kill. John Gregory killed Tusk without a moment’s hesitation!
