I personally wouldn't recommend it for people under 17. There aren't any depictions of graphic sexual interactions, nor too much gore, but the topics they discuss and the situations their characters live are really heavy.
If it's of any help, I'd say the trigger warning for this are suicide talks/ideation (there's also a brief description of a scene in which someone is found dead with their head blown up by a gun, but there aren't too many details), mention and brief description of hurt animals, really twisted thoughts on death and killing (and descriptions on possible ways to murder someone in cold-blood), and a LOT of psychological trauma
