If you could research another ancestor and write about them, who would it be?

Colleen K. MacFarlane I've recently learned that I have a Barbadian pirate in my distant ancestry. His name was Stede Bonnett. Born to a family of some wealth in Barbados. His grandparents lived near my 3rd great grand father in England, so I suspect there may be a connection. Stede was captured and hung in South Carolina and he also pirated with Blackbeard. I've heard there's mention of him in a museum in S. Carolina. I've taken my first step in undertaking my quest to learn more by writing to a librarian in England. Thanks for your interest, Tess.
