There aren't many mysteries left in my life that I haven't explored as a plot. The ones that are left, to be honest, would probably make sedate books and/or be offensive enough to not be an enjoyable read.
Outside of my own personal life, I would say the mystery of how we (as Americans) continue to choose the politicians that we do. Why we continue to choose, as a majority, what seemingly happens to be the worst choice overall. Thanks for the question!
