Joanne Armstrong
Joanne Armstrong asked Ingrid Hall:

What I want to know, Ingrid, is how you - how anyone who writes - deals with RSI. I have read the recommendations on line and all that, but I really want to know how you personally cope with it. I'm very new to writing, but the computer for all its various book-related uses, is now constantly in front of me. I'm already worried about the wrist! Oh, Goodreads insists that there be a question mark. So here it is... ?

Ingrid Hall Hi Jo, that is a really great question! Unfortunately, not being a sufferer of RSI I don't have a definitive answer. I have looked at the NHS website and they advise the following among other things:
"There are also things you can do to help reduce your risk of RSI, such as maintaining a good posture at work, taking regular breaks from long or repetitive tasks, and trying relaxation techniques if you are stressed." I am sure that you have visited every possible website that there is, but you can find more at http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Repetiti... - If anyone else has any suggestions please shout up!
