Hi Kimberly! What an awesome question! Female Manix (may the be Alpha, Beta or Omega), can all get pregnant the usual way, regardless of the designation of the partner (Alpha, Beta or Omega). However I think you're asking that if Raiden can carry his own genetic child and the answer is no. I mean, not without scientific intervention anyway. They could probably do the Manix version of IVF if they wanted to?
However, the biology of the Manix errs towards survival of the strongest (as it happens in nature) and it is even unlikely that the Betas will father children during the Heat, though not impossible.
So, long story short. If Raiden wants a child that is biologically his, he and Naja will have to do it the old fashioned way, which I'm sure they won't consider much of a hardship.
