It doesn't really matter. There are some minor spoilers that come with reading this book before the others, but overall I think it's okay.

Not really, but I do recommend seeing the movie (love, simon) first for some context. It's a wonderful movie and definitely would take less time to watch than reading the book

It is definitely important to read "Simon vs The Homo-sapiens Agenda" before, because it gives character context. However, if you skip it, it will be fine, it will just make reading "Simon vs The Homo-sapiens Agenda" for the first time not as exciting, since you will already know one of the key plot points. It isn't necessary to read "Upside of Unrequited" first.
