I just want to tell you that I read both Radium Girls and The Woman They Could Not Silence and they were fabulous. They really captured me. I even bought Radium Girls for my daughter who was in the play at her high school. Are you planning on writing more books like these?
Kate Moore
Hi Pam! Thanks so much for reading both of my history books! I'm thrilled they captured you and am delighted to hear you gave Radium Girls to your daughter (I hope she found both the book and the play fulfilling). Yes, I do hope to write more books like these in the future...I'm just trying to decide on my next topic at the current time (easier said than done!). These books usually take several years to research and write so the next one won't be out any time soon, I'm afraid - but hopefully it will be worth the wait! In the meantime, if you'd like to see what else I've written in case any of my other books take your fancy, please visit www.kate-moore.com. Thanks so much again for reading my books! Kate x

I'm reading THE WOMAN THEY COULD NOT SILENCE and its brilliant. RE: Radium Girls. I'd check into where they got the idea for that book.... They include the dial-painters. Making fictional characters based on real people is usually how it works in Hollywood. Your agent might want to do a little research?

I don't have a question? Bbut I just wanted to say how much I appreciate it that you wrote The Radium Girls. I found it a fascinating read in my parent's generation and those girls came alive for me. My fascination with the book was the way you showed each girl as a human being. I continue to pray for them every day since you told me their story. Thank you.
