Howdy sir, I was wondering if you where planning on working on another book series for the planet Abeth? Also would you recommend any books on par with your own? You and Brandon Sanderson are really the only great fantasy writers (still releasing books), I have seen so far in a decade in a half.

Mark Lawrence When it comes to writing, I don't plan. So, all I can say is that the stuff I'm writing at the moment isn't set on Abeth.

then, Josiah Bancroft's Books of Babel series, and Laini Taylor's Strange the Dreamer duology are favourites of mine. Neither of those are like Sanderson though.

I'm currently reading Prince of Fools (I'm pretty much behind, I know, sorry), and I am that point where Snorri and Jalan arrive to Taproot's circus (thanks for bringing them back). So he sends Snorri to Varga, and that's where I started to think. Is there any chance you didn't pick this name accidentally? See, I'm hungarian, and varga is and old word for someone who works with leather and makes shoes. Curious.
