There is a female character named Patricia Bradley who seemed to be a final girl back in the 60s, but turned out to be the girlfriend and accomplice of the murderer. Sounds like Stephanie Fugate, maybe? Not a perfect parallel especially since The Frighteners was more supernatural, but I feel like Stephanie should be a parallel to SOMEBODY.

I feel like Chrissy would be paralleling a character who joined up with the killer. I haven't seen enough slashers to know who that would be, but Google suggests that Amanda Young from Saw is a candidate. (less)
