Unfortunately, the rights to the videogame got sold with the rights to a tv show, so we'll probably never see it. However, we've got Sexy Brutale, Deathloop, and Return of the Obra Dinn, so we've got most of its thematic bases covered.

I enjoyed your book tremendously! Well done! I read the digital version, and wanted to buy a book version. On Amazon photos for the UK paperI back edition, I’m noticing a pull-out map placed on a table. Is this separate map available in the UK hardcover edition as well? None of the book descriptions mentions a separate map. The US version hardcover only has a map printed on the inside of the cover.
