One of the characters makes it a point to mention the various professionals involved in publishing a book, one of them being the copy editor, whose job includes catching and avoiding NAME CHANGES. Then on page 112, Benedict is giving a synopsis of Sheila Atkins book which plays a big part in the plot. He mentions Lady Fitzroy, who suddenly changes to Lady Wheeler! Anyone else notice this huge glaring error?

YES! I re-read multiple times trying to understand if I had missed something. Still, a solid book IMO.
