So i've read the book my mom had in her bookstore and i thought it would be like the movie but it only has 175 pages. its up to the point where Meg accepted John as her future husband and they are all having dinner together. So this would be book 1, right? im trying to find a version of this here on Good Reads to mark it as "read" but this one ("part 1") displays 384 pages, so it can't be? could anyone redirect me?

It was the first volume (that corresponds to "part 1") and its publishing house was DeAgostini. I'm not sure this is what you are searching for, but I can say it is like the movie, it explains all you can see in it.
