At the end of the book when Aaron and Emily introduce themselves to the woman traveling alone, and give fake names was that possible foreshadowing that they might do something to this woman too?

She could have used any fake name but chose the one that she used only twice before, in Cambodia and Chile. There were times in the book where she mentions she liked biting into the hand of her attacker, liked kicking him.. I think that Kristen was not a good person, but I think maybe with this ending, we learn that Emily is going to continue killing. The only hitch I see in this is that I genuinely do NOT see Aaron going along with any of this at all. But maybe that's what we would have said about Emily way back before Cambodia happened, so who knows..(less)
