I think I saw a writing prompt full of twisted fairy tale ideas. There was an Alice in Wonderland one, and I don't remember exactly what it was, but that was the spark for All Hail the Queen of Hearts. In fact, whenever I get stuck, I turn to writing prompts. Most of the prompts don't turn into anything, but every one in a hundred turns into a novel idea for me.
