If you go to the author's page she mentions that she's working on the third book in the Sunshine Vicram series, A Hard Day for a Hangover. I did a little search for this title and on the Waterstone website it says publication date 20/01/2022? Hope this helps?

It looks like the publication has been pushed to June 2022. Hard Day for a Hangover is the next title.
