What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Krys Rayne Its fun! No, it's not easy, but when you really enjoy what you're doing, it's the best thing in the world. If your an indie writer like me, you get to make all the rules (for the most part). There's no one to tell you when to write, how to write, etc. You do have to make deadlines for yourself but make sure you keep them.

Writing for me is like going to therapy. It helps get my feelings on the page, whether I'm happy, sad, angry. I can write them into the scene I'm working on.

To me, being a writer is the best thing in the world. It's my happy place.
