But, and this is big, it …moreI liked the book, I’m glad I read it, learned a few things about Cape Cod, and found the family dysfunction easy to believe. But, and this is big, it is not fair for a writer to leave her readers unsatisfied with an ambiguous ending unless a sequel is in the making. Would anyone want to read more then 1 book about this family, probably not, hence a sequel is unlikely. In my opinion the only way this story should end is with her picking her kids. And her kids will be miserable if she did not stay with their dad. (less)
