The author lead us to believe she was going to stay with her husband but then at the end she's walking toward the pond where Jonas is after taking her wedding ring off. She chose Jonas. And I literally yelled, "Nooooooo!"
So mad at her. Peter was so charming and her kids.....damn that woman. (less)
