Is there anywhere I can read the novella? I already have all three book and would be happy to pay for the novella, but I didn't know about the promo for it at the time it was offered. I have looked everywhere trying to find a copy.

I know it's probably not down to you but do you know if The Night Country is getting a hardcover release with a similar cover to the Hazel Wood's UK hardback release? I've got the hardcover of the Hazel Wood that was sent to Fairyloot and I would like to get the matching hardcover of the sequel.
