You’re right, it is more accurately a Wallflowers Second Generation as far as the main characters are concerned. Ethan Ransom plays a secondary role for the Ravenal connection.
Colorado
Phoebe, Garrett and Ethan do make appearances. This book features the second generation - the children of the Wallflowers. Those characters have been included in the Ravenel series.
