I had this question since long ago with a lot of authors which is that what is really the one fine basis of a book becoming a movie basically I’m talking about the romances which have a lot of intimate scenes in them so is it something related to directors not finding actors ready to do sex scenes or something?? And can't the authors make the directors agree on making the movies???

I'm so sorry. I really have no experience with how movies get made, but I do know we can't force a production company to spend money on making books into movies. It's up to them what they feel is a good investment.
