Goodreads asked Adeena Mignogna:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Adeena Mignogna Years ago I thought I suffered from writer's block or something when I would sit and stare at my computer in the evening after a long day of work. By the time I got home and had dinner, in theory, I had a good 2-3 hours before bed to write. That's a TON of writing time! But nothing would come out.
After a few years of this I had the opportunity to work for myself which meant my schedule was my own. During this time, I started writing in the morning. That's when I had my epiphany! This wasn't writers block at all... after a long day my brain was just TIRED! Too tired to write. Since then, I get up and write early, before the rest of the day starts.
