Fabian Caceres I watched that movie, and casually read the synopsis of the book, the first adaptation follows the book more closelly, but the 2014 have basically nothing to do with it; the book itself is not really a romantic novel, is about the destructive power of obsession..

Doug I've never seen this movie version, but I've heard it's very different from the book. Very different!
