Goodreads asked Dunstan Ayodele Stober:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Dunstan Ayodele Stober I get writer's block when I am distracted by hectic office work schedule, emotionally or by other side projects. I always have something to write about. But, I can't write if I don't make time for it.

To overcome that, I do the following:

1) I build a reserve of writing ideas by taking not of everything around me. I get ideas from movies, daily chores, new places I visit, new experiences, books I read, news and everything in between.

2) I set aside days and times of the week for writing.

3) Most important is to get out of my head and dig into my heart. Block the distractions, focus on the one reader who will benefit from what I have to share.
