Actually, "Thunder Moon Tussle" turned into a prequel for another novel that I am writing called "Mask of the Joyful Moon". I realized that to tell the story I needed to introduce the characters Nils Carmike and Deputy Miller. My inspiration was provided by recent developments in commercial space flight, and the flights of Apollo all those years ago.
