How do you get inspired to write?

R.E. Sohl Music is my inspiration, I typically listen to music when writing. I am also inspired by the people and events of my life. My books are very twisted biographies in a way, and somewhat therapeutic for me. I work through different issues in my past through them. It’s like journaling in the form of adventure stories. I’m also inspired by my favorite movies and TV shows and other books. I try to NOT follow trends or tropes that I find annoying in various fandoms and my stories are partially made in defiance of such things.
