My Summer reading list includes Mary Beard's "Women and Power: A Manifesto," Jorg Rupke's "Religion in Republican Rome," and a few other Research Books. I'm hoping to get some Non-History reading in, as well. I miss falling into my favorite authors' worlds and forgetting that reality exists for a few hours at a time. But...Research has to happen...Doctorates don't earn themselves...
