*SPOILERS*
I'm not very good with bloodlines, but would Kiva and Jaren be related? I know that Jaren is a descendent of the elemental queen, and that Kiva is a descendent of the healer king, but weren't those two married? Or did they have different spouses after the healer king became a rebel?

When they were married they never had any children hence while the lines are different.
