I worked for Citicorp overseas software limited (COSL) many years ago and it was the best time in my professional career. I always wanted to tell the story of this unique organisation that helped to launch the IT revolution in India and also followed some unique people practices that were ahead of its time. The main message of this book is that relationships are the essence of an organisation and that leads to results.
