After finishing Mr. Mercedes, I can see Brady Hartsfield becoming one of Stephen King's more memorable (not necessarily better) villains. Anyone agree or disagree?

Old characters like Pennywise or Jack Torance or Annie Wilkes are the memorable ones.(less)
