With regards to the end of the book....wouldn't any decent physician or medical examiner realize that all the needle tracks were fresh, thus there wasn't a history of use....also, an expensive hotel like that even in Morocco, would surely have security cameras in the corridors and Florence would have been seen leaving the room, wouldn't she?
