Have I got this right? When the Murder Club detect that their friend John has killed someone in an effort to protect his wife, they insist that the police must be informed, and hint to John that really it would be better for everyone if he just took his own life. Meanwhile, at least some of Club know that Bogdan is also a murderer, but are happy to let him go scot free so he can do odd jobs for them? Really?

It's implied that eventually Elizabeth and Joyce will figure it out though.

I think also, Elizabeth clearly said she didn't agree with Penny's decision to murder Peter Mercer, and John's decision to murder Ventham despite understanding why they did it. This is why she reported John, and I think would report Bogdan if she found evidence.
