This book is SO funny! I just read it with my middle school-aged child. The pigeon is quite good at thinking of a multitude of reasons not to take a bath.

I enjoy the Mo Willems book and this is no different. I read it to my 5 yr old great grandson and also to a second grade class where I volunteer. The grandson and I laughed all the way through the book because he sometimes does not want to get a bath, and the pigeon's reasons are similar to his. Mo's books are silly and simple enough that beginning readers can enjoy them.
