I just bought this book off amazon!

Amazon banned the book without warning for "violating content guidelines." Despite my insistence to them that this book doesn't violate any of their guidelines listed on KDP, they refused to take a second look, refused to give me further information, and refused to provide any specifics. So, unfortunately, I have no idea why it was banned!
